Welcome to our Parish Website!

IMPORTANT COVID-19 ANNOUNCEMENT
In view of the highly transmissible variants of Covid-19 currently circulating both nationally and within our own local community, the PCC, at its most recent meeting, regrettably felt it necessary to close our church buildings for services until the Governmental review on February 22nd, thereby protecting individuals and helping to alleviate the extreme pressures currently being placed upon the National Health Service.  Hopefully, the infection rates will reduce considerably over the next few weeks, and we will be able to hold live services in church once again; although there is no absolute guarantee that this will be the case.  Despite this, the Church will remain open for private prayer each weekday morning between 10:00am and 12noon.

COVID-19 SUPPORT UPDATE
Regrettably, owing to the restrictions placed upon social contact, only very limited essential practical support will be available until further notice. Access to our daily Bible reflections and on-line Sunday services will continue to be available for the foreseeable future.  Please uphold those suffering from the coronavirus virus, together with ther family and friends, in prayer, and do be sure to bookmark this page and come back regularly!

MAJOR SITE UPDATE
Following a major update of this website, please report any errors and omissions to the Vicar as soon as they become  apparent in order that the site can be made as accurate as possible.  Please do be aware that owing to the current Covid-19 pandemic, many of the services and activities detailed on this website are presently unable to take place.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
If you intend to attend on a Sunday morning, please let us know in advance by calling (0115) 943 0137 or by sending an email to care@bramcoteparishchurch.com no later than lunchtime on the preceeding Saturday.  This will help us greatly in determining how may people hope to attend in order that we can maintain a clean and safe environment.  Please note, this is NOT a booking system and does NOT guarentee you a seat in Church – Thank you.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
Although our abily to collect and distribute donations of food have been severely restricted since the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic, donations can now be left in the South Porch of the Church between 10:00am and 12:00noon (Monday to Friday).  To make up the shortfall of available food you can also make monetary donations to purchase desperately needed provisions.

Please visit the foodbank website at
http://www.bestwoodbulwell.foodbank.org.uk
to make monetary donations that will go towards providing essential provisions to help people who are currently experiencing very serious needs.

Faith in Action (James 2:17)
