Men’s Fellowship Supper
Over 40 men gathered together for a superb four course meal with fine wines.
Conversation on the tables was friendly and animated from the start
Chef Jonathan and Sous Chef Michelle worked hard all day in preparation
Our guest speaker, retired Padre Revd Steve Parselle, described his numerous
contributions to the work of our armed forces over many years.

The surfers gather together in readiness for the feast which was in store.
Ros organised a terrific raffle, and many superb prizes were won.

The Salvation Army Band was larger than in previous years as word about the
delicious home made cakes on offer started to get around.
The various stallholders prior to the bazaar opening – Over £1000 was raised.
The refreshments zone was especially popular with everything at only 50p!!

After years of meticulous study into the textual, cultural and theological background of the early chapters of Genesis, Daryl is to be awarded his doctorate from Nottingham University. Many congratulations to Daryl for completing this mammoth task.

Bramcote CofE (VA) Primary End of Term Service
(July 22nd, 2016)
The infants sang a special song followed by the Bramcote chorus.
Mrs Meredith spoke warmly about the Y6 leavers and the necessity for change
in our lives, followed by the ‘Staff Song’ which went down very well.
