Councillor Halimah Khaled MBE, 41st Mayor of Broxtowe, prepares to declare the Summer Fair open with one mighty blow from her ceremonial sword.
Following detailed instruction from one ‘Robin Hoode’, a single mighty blow
was all that was required to shatter the strong chain link fence.
The Mayor spoke warmly of the sterling work done by the school and all of its
numerous supporters as one ‘Maid Marion’ looked on.
Various fun and games were had by all on the school playing fields.
