Carol Singing At The Sherwin Arms (December 2015)
The ‘choir’ provided three 20 minute slots of uplifting carols for the diners who had assembled specially. It was greatly appreciated by everyone.
Pearl encouraged everyone to take a full part in the seasonal festivities.

Men’s Fellowship Supper (December 2015)
Chef Jonathan had been hard at work in the kitchen all day preparing a sumptuous 5 course meal.
The meal was greatly enjoyed by everyone present.
The Diocesan Sports Ambassador regaled us with many amusing stories.
District Bell Tower Event (December 2015)
Various teams tried out the bells, and all agreed how good they were.
Teams came from all over the district, and shared in the two day event.
Refreshments were served, and greatly enjoyed between ringing sessions.

Choir Awards (October 2015)
Members of Saint Michael’s choir recently attended the RSCM Diocesan Choir Festival Evensong at Southwell Minster. As part of this event, three members of the choir received RSCM ‘Dean’s Awards’, which are the result of many months of diligent preparation and hard work, culminating in a singing exam in September. Hearty congratulations to all concerned!!

Bramcote CofE (Aided) Primary School – End of Year Service (July 2015)
The end of year service was based around songs, readings and various presentations – all organised by Year 6 leavers.
The service was extremely uplifting, if not a little sad and emotional.
